A second Janata Clinic was conducted in coordination with Ear Care Nepal and Office Secretariat of Member of Parliament, Kathmandu -4.
Dr. Bimal Lal Karn and Dr. Milan Maharjan (ENT Consultant Surgeon) along with her team from Ear Care Nepal examined the students of the school whereby a few were disgnosed with hearing defect. According to the doctors, the diagnosed cases require surgery and hearing aid to support functioning of their ears. The Office Secreteriat of MP has stated that they will facilitate all necessary treatment procedures to help the kids diagnosed with problems.
Janata Clinic, a health movement initiated by Hon. Minister of Health Mr. Gagan Kumar Thapa and Mr. Dibyesh Giri, has been conducting various camps in and around Kathmandu to ensure accessibility of specialized health services to the general public either free of cost or in an affordable cost.
